Rosemary
Rosemary

Rosemary (Salvia rosmarinus, formerly Rosmarinus officinalis) is an aromatic, evergreen shrub with narrow, needle-like leaves that are typically green on top and paler/whitish underneath; crushing the leaves releases a strong, resinous “pine-like” scent due to its volatile oils.

White Poppy Seeds

White poppy seeds are the edible seeds of the opium poppy (Papaver somniferum), just a lighter/cream-colored variety compared with blue/black types. Chemically, they’re oil-rich (often roughly ~35–45% oil, depending on variety), and the oil is dominated by linoleic acid with oleic acid.

Laurel Leaves

Laurel leaves come from the bay laurel tree (Laurus nobilis) and are best known for the warm, subtly floral aroma they add to soups, stews, sauces, and braises. We do supply handselected, semi select and broken leaves.

Cumin Seeds

Cumin is a small, elongated seed from the plant Cuminum cyminum, prized for its warm, earthy flavor and distinctive aroma with hints of citrus and pepper.
